AI PHONE ANSWERING FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES
When you’re on a job, with a customer, or finished for the day, your calls still need an answer.
Bridgewell sets up and manages an AI receptionist for your business.

A CALL COMES IN.
Here’s where it goes. The caller gets an answer. Your team gets a clear callback request.
Name, number, and what the caller needs.
Made for businesses
built on service.
01 / THE SERVICE
Start with the calls you need help covering. Keep the conversations that need your team with your team.
Opening hours, services, location, and the areas you cover. We build the answers from information you approve.
Collect the caller’s name, number, and reason for calling. Add booking if your calendar supports it, or send your team a callback request.
You decide which calls should reach a person and what happens if no one picks up. The assistant follows that plan.
02 / CALL EXAMPLES
Here’s how a few everyday conversations could work. Your script would use your services, your answers, and your handoff rules.
ASSISTANTThanks for calling the service desk. I’m an AI assistant. The team has finished for the day, but I can take a callback request.
CALLERCould someone give me a quote for a new water heater?
ASSISTANTI can pass that along. What’s your name, callback number, and the address for the job?
A clear callback request, ready for the team in the morning.
Sample conversation, not a live agent or a customer recording. Actual call flows and integrations are agreed during setup.
03 / SETUP & SUPPORT
A good greeting is only the start. We also plan for the wrong number, the unclear request, and the transfer that goes unanswered.
We learn what people ask, what information you need, and which requests belong with your team. Then we agree on the script and scope.
Call it yourself. Interrupt, change your mind, ask about a service you don’t offer. We check the responses and handoffs before you switch it on.
New hours, a new service, or a question callers keep asking. You have someone to contact when the call flow needs to change.

04 / COMMON QUESTIONS
Often, yes. We check your phone provider’s forwarding options first. You can start with unanswered or after-hours calls, or use a separate number.
We check your exact calendar or booking system before quoting. If direct booking is a good fit, we configure and test availability and confirmation. Otherwise, the assistant takes a callback request for your team.
There is a one-time setup fee and an ongoing service fee. Your quote spells out the call coverage, integrations, included usage, extra usage rates, and support. We agree on the scope before work begins.
Yes. The greeting identifies the assistant as AI. We also agree on what should happen when someone asks to speak with a person.
It should say so and follow the agreed transfer or message-taking process. We set boundaries around pricing, promises, and urgent requests during setup.
Before launch, we agree on what is stored, who can access it, and how long it’s kept. Recording and transcription are configured for the agreed use case.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CALLS
That’s where we’ll start. We’ll talk through the calls you miss, what callers need, and whether an AI receptionist would help.
